Great question, the DND content is there, just hidden!
Another great question. The answer is, I’m not really sure.
What’s the story?
I spent a good deal of time setting up a gaming “community” called Natural20 centered around our DND group. We have an active twitter account, and a well-put together YouTube account.
We’ve recorded (and uploaded) all of our DND sessions thus far, but I’m not really sure if everyone is ready for them to be public just yet.
I’m not sure if it’s hesitation due to potential ridicule, nervousness or what, but we haven’t turned the videos from private to public. It isn’t one persons fault either, we just haven’t decided as group to publicize them. As much as I’d like to.
I think there is a great lack in the gaming community for real life (in person) gaming with real life friends. Sure our production quality could be better, but isn’t that the big draw in? Wouldn’t you want to see a group start from literally nothing and (with the help of their community) rise up to something like Critical Role?
Anyway, that’s my rant for today. I hope that in the near future we decide to make our videos public, no matter how big of a leap it might be. We’re a group of real life friends (and nerds) who not only game together, but who also want to share the joy it brings us.
